Refund & Return Policy
At Reliable Auto Supplies, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery, subject to the terms below.
Eligibility for Returns/Refunds
1. Timeframe: Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
2. Condition: Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition (unless defective).
3. Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or receipt is required.
Non-Returnable Items
– Opened or installed electrical/mechanical parts (unless defective).
– Special orders, custom-made, or clearance items (marked “Final Sale”).
Return Process
1. Request Authorization: Contact our team at support@reliableautosupplies.com / fill a form with your order number and reason for return.
2. Ship Back: Once approved, ship the item to our warehouse (address provided). Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
3. Refund Issued: After inspection, we’ll process your refund via the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Warranty Claims
Defective items covered under manufacturer warranty may be replaced (subject to inspection). Contact us for warranty-specific support.
Exceptions
– Wrong Item Shipped/Damaged: We’ll cover return shipping if the error is ours.
– Restocking Fee: Certain items may incur a 10–15% fee (if opened but undamaged).
